Property Due Diligence :
Trace the history of the Land Tittle Deed and Building Permit to ensure that the Land and Villa can be legally issued to the Buyer. Determine whether the land and building is subject to any encumbrances or any other rights. Establish whether the land and building is in compliance with all relevant regulations, zoning restriction and by laws.

Contract Review: Lease Agreement and renew Clause
Review and provide opinion on all Contracts including Lease Agreement, common management Agreement (if any). Complete all negotiations with the Developer to complete the transaction and provide translations as required.

Registration and Transfer ownership:
Prepare all documents and translation as required by the Provincial Land office for registration. Provide Power of Attorney representation at the Land Office ( if required)
